Data.Uuid — UUIDs, version 4 (random), RFC 4122

Synopsis 
nil : Uuid

The all-zero UUID (00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000).

toBytes : Uuid -> List Nat

The 16 octets of a UUID.

fromBytes : List Nat -> Maybe Uuid

Build from exactly 16 octets (each reduced mod 256); Nothing otherwise.

v4 : Int -> (Uuid, Int)

A random v4 UUID and the next seed.

version : Uuid -> Int

The version nibble (4 for a v4 UUID).

variant : Uuid -> Int

The variant (2 = the RFC 4122 10x variant).

format : Uuid -> String

The canonical lowercase string form.

parse : String -> Maybe Uuid

Parse the canonical form (any hex case). Nothing if malformed.
