interface Parse a => Read a where {}
DEPRECATED — old name of the Parse interface. A compat MARKER BUNDLE (the Num/Integral pattern of the Idris shim): an old Read a => constraint still resolves — the body gets Parse a through the superclass, and a call at a concrete type goes through the empty marker implementations below, which mirror the Prelude's own Parse instances. An OLD-STYLE implementation Read X where readsPrec … is NOT supported (no method to define); write a Parse implementation with parsesPrec. The fixed-width scalars' markers live with their types, in Data.Int / Data.Word (T-29) — to remove together with this file.
